I bought a 28 because I've always been a 28. Im a dancer/actor and know my measurements well for work. These were WAY too tight. They barely fit up my legs and were painfully tight. They made my skin look like muffin tops at every contact point in a very unnatural way. Im really disappointed because this is a great brand and they're very cute.
