Color fades/changes quickly

I purchased this suit for my daughter and after 3 weeks of swim the purple is bubble gum pink. I rinse the suit nightly after practice and wash it every few days. The color changed very quickly. For the price of the suits, the color should last more than 1/2 a swim season. She's still using it or I would return it.
